Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a Dubai visa take?
36 hours on average for standard applications. With the express package it concludes within 24 hours at the latest. Public holidays can stretch this; we give you a firm date as we take your application.
Do you really not ask for a flight ticket and hotel booking?
We don't. A photo of your passport and one biometric photo are enough. Most agencies ask for four documents — which means risking the price of a ticket before you know the visa will come through. We get the visa first; you plan afterwards, without the risk.
Can Turkish citizens travel to Dubai without a visa?
No. Holders of the ordinary (burgundy) Turkish passport need a visa. There is also no visa on arrival and no consulate application route for Dubai — the application has to go through an authorised intermediary.
Can I travel to Abu Dhabi on a Dubai visa?
Yes. A Dubai visa is valid across the whole of the United Arab Emirates. You can travel on to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and the other emirates with no further formalities.
How much validity does my passport need?
At least six months of validity remaining on your date of travel. The biometric photo also needs to have been taken within the last six months.
What happens if my visa is refused?
If it is refused we pass on the stated reason and, where there is a route, guide you through reapplying. The service fee is not refunded — we state this plainly before you apply. The details are on our Cancellation & Refund Terms page.
Does my child need a separate visa?
Yes — every traveller with their own passport needs their own visa. Child applications can require extra documents; we tell you exactly which as we take the application.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer or through a payment link we send you on WhatsApp. Our prices are in USD. Your application enters processing once payment is received.
